REFLECTING THROUGHOUT THE WEEK

Assembly & Faith-Sharing Groups
Like the disciples when have you failed to question Jesus when you did not understand? What were you hoping to avoid? What did you silence cost you?
What has to die in you for you to be “last of all and servant of all”?
When have you experienced receiving Christ in the welcoming of another?
Hospitality Ministers
In your hospitality how do you practice Jesus’ words, “whoever receives one. . .in my name, receives me; and . . .the One who sent me”?
Music Ministers
Because music ministry puts you in the spotlight it ay be easy for you to share the disciples’ misunderstanding about true greatness (gospel). What do you need to do to keep service, especially of the “least of all,” the focus of your ministry?
Altar Ministers
Consider whenever you imitate Jesus there will be more than enough opportunities to offer “proof of [your] gentleness and [to] try [your] patience’ (first reading).
Lectors
In the circumstances of your life what does it look like to be “last of all and the servant of all”?
Eucharistic Ministers
In what ways does receiving another as Christ require a dying to self?
