ST. BASIL’S 8TH ANNUAL “NIGHT AT THE RACES” - Saturday, February 14, 2004, at Saint Basil’s Church Hall. Doors open at 6:00 PM, races begin at 6:30 PM. Food, beer, and set-ups included. Souper Bowl Sunday...Please tailgate with the High School Youth Group next weekend, January 24 and 25! We will be collecting money to support Rainbow Soup Kitchen. TUITION AID ELEGIBILTY

The Saint Thomas More Conference of the St. Vincent de Paul Society continues to administer a program offering tuition aid to low income families and individuals who reside in the Diocese of Pittsburgh. The schools covered are state-owned and state-related colleges in Pennsylvania, the Community College of Allegheny County and trade schools and private colleges in Allegheny County. High schools and grade schools are not covered. Contact a St. Vincent de Paul Society member or call the Parish Office (412-884-7744) for applications. Be sure to read and follow the directions on the second page of the application.

LADIES OF CHARITY - It’s quilting time again! We will meet on Monday, January 26th, from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM making Ugly Quilts for the homeless. Don’t forget to bring your lunch.
