REFLECTIONS THROUGHOUT THE WEEK
Assembly & Faith-Sharing
Groups
Jesus
heard who he was (“beloved Son”) when he
prayed; I realize and remember who I am in faith when I.
. .
Having
been baptized “with the Holy Spirit and Fire” means
to me. . .
My
daily living manifests what I believe about my baptism
whenever I. . .
Hospitality Ministers
Genuine
hospitality makes “the kindness and generous
love of God our savior appear” (second reading).
I have received such hospitality at the hands of . . .
I
have extended his hospitality to . . .
Music Ministers
At
its deepest level participation in liturgy is participation
in my baptismal identity as body of Christ. I experience
my music making leading the assembly to this level of participation
when . . .
Altar Ministers
Serving
is a ministry (and more than a task) when it shapes the person.
Examples
of how serving is making me more Christ-like are . .
Lectors
We
have a proverb that says, “Actions speak louder
than words.” My actions that proclaim the dignity
and duty of baptism are . .
Eucharistic Ministers
Just
as “a voice came from heaven” and announces
Jesus’ identity as “beloved Son,” so,
too, at Eucharist each one of the baptized hears (again)
his or
her identity as “Body/Blood of Christ.” the
difference this makes in my life is . . .

of our true light,
Jesus himself.”
--Pope John Paul II Whether married or single, in your 20’s, 30’s,
40’s or ??? All young women in the parish are invited

Marriage
Moment - “It is the very times that we feel
most stressed and pressed for time that we can short
change our spouse. After all, he or she will understand. Today,
take a moment when you next see your spouse to pause
and offer a warm, knowing glance. No words need be spoken. Takes
maybe 5 seconds. You can spare the change.” A Marriage
Moment was developed by Susan Vogt
“Amen,
I say to you, whatever you did for one of these
least brothers
of mine, you did for me.” Mt 26:40
Do you find you have extra time during the day or in the
evenings? Would you like the opportunity to help others

do? Are you interested in volunteering? Watch for upcoming
